What changes in each industry
Public institutions
A public initiative is debated in the municipality it affects before it is debated anywhere else. The platform reads general perception and the perception in each municipality, so the institution can get ahead of a problem instead of reacting to it.
Infrastructure
An infrastructure is judged by how it operates and by the people and companies that represent it. The platform gives each of those identities a reputation cell of its own, so the operator learns of a problem while it is still small.
Corporations
A company’s reputation is formed in the media, on social networks, on job sites, in customer reviews, and in the publications of its industry. The index brings those readings together into one figure from 0 to 100 and breaks it down into six dimensions. The company sees what its reputation rests on and where it trails its competitors.
Health and pharma
A cultural change is announced in a day and adopted, or not, over many months. The platform reads what employees answer through the organization’s own channels and turns it into indicators that are kept up to date. Separately, it reads what is published openly about the organization.
Culture and film
A film is financed before it exists. The platform reads the reputation of each title and sets it beside the figures: which incentives a project can apply for and what return can be estimated for it.
Public affairs
A demand rarely starts on the agenda. The platform sorts what is published openly along three axes, where it happens, what it is about, and who is speaking, so that an institution or a company sees a demand while it is still local and still small.
The same core in every platform
Every platform is built on the same core: seven layers, a cycle of seven steps, six agents, and twelve modules that are combined to fit each organization.
What is specific to an industry is, above all, the top layer: the client’s own brand, roles, workflows, and modules. Among them is the one that exists nowhere else. Because the core already exists, the schedule is the same in every industry: six months.
In production, in six industries
and three regions.
Europe
United States
Latin America
The platforms are live, and client teams work with them every day.
For global brands, a single platform reads several countries, languages, and markets at once.
